HOME LOAN SIGNINGS
I will meet directly with signers at their location or meet at the title company’s location. I print loan documents, meet the signer, notarize their signature, and quickly return documents for processing. I follow any additional instructions from the lender and title company for loan closings.
I am Background Screened and because signing agents have access to private financial information about borrowers and will be sent into their home, the mortgage finance industry requires all Signing Agents to undergo a background screening on an annual basis to help prevent mortgage fraud and ensure the consumer's information is secure.

I-9 EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION
I provide the Non-Notary Service of assisting Houston employers and employees with I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
The I-9 form, issued by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), verifies the identity and employment eligibility for employees hired in the US. The form is to be completed by both the employee and employer (or authorized representative).
I can work with employers for both local and remote hires on-site or I can visit employees directly. To contract services for Form I‐9 Employment Eligibility Verification, review and complete the Authorized Representative Agreement.

Vehicles get towed for many reasons and to get your vehicle back you will need to sign a VSF (Vehicle Storage Facility) form and have it notarized. The Tow Truck Storage Facility will be able to provide the VSF form. Complete the five sections of the required state approved form and sign in front of me after presenting a valid government issued photo. Once it is signed and properly notarized, it can be returned to the tow yard attendant for release of your vehicle.

CREDIBLE WITNESSES
Texas Requirements For Credible Witnesses
The Signer must be able to present a valid form of photo identification in order to have his/her documents notarized.
If a Signer can not provide acceptable form(s) of identification, a signer can use credible witnesses for identification. Credible witnesses must either personally know the Notary or, must present to the Notary a valid, unexpired ID issued by the federal or a state government that contains the photo and signature of the witness (1 TAC 87.40[2] and 87.1[1]).
If a signer chooses to use the credible witness method for identification, Texas requires that signer provide TWO (2) credible witnesses; they must know the signer well enough to be able to swear or affirm the signer’s identity before the Notary. Per the National Notary Association, the government states the following when using a witness to identify a signer:
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION
The State of Texas requires notaries to verify the identification of every signer. Only valid, non-expired identification, with a photograph is acceptable. These Guidelines are set by the State of Texas, and can be found on the Secretary of State’s website, and are not at the discretion of your notary.
