HOME LOAN SIGNINGS

I provide mobile loan signing services that come to you—printing your loan documents, meeting at your preferred location, notarizing with accuracy, and returning completed packages promptly, all with strict confidentiality and annual background screening.

I-9 EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION

I assist Houston employers and employees with I‑9 Employment Eligibility Verification, serving as an authorized representative for local or remote hires and completing Section 2 in person with accuracy and professionalism.

TOW YARD VEHICLE RELEASE

 Vehicles get towed for many reasons and to get your vehicle back you will need to sign a VSF (Vehicle Storage Facility) form and have it notarized.  The Tow Truck Storage Facility will be able to provide the VSF form.  Complete the five sections of the required state approved form and sign in front of me after presenting a valid government issued photo. Once it is signed and properly notarized, it can be returned to the tow yard attendant for release of your vehicle. ​

CREDIBLE WITNESSES

Texas allows the use of credible witnesses when a signer cannot present valid photo ID. Two credible witnesses are required, and each must either personally know the notary or present a valid, unexpired government‑issued ID. Both witnesses must swear or affirm that they personally know the signer and can verify the signer’s identity.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION

The State of Texas requires notaries to verify the identification of every signer. Only valid, non-expired identification, with a photograph is acceptable. These Guidelines are set by the State of Texas, and can be found on the Secretary of State’s website, and are not at the discretion of your notary.  Acceptable forms of ID:

  • Valid Driver’s License or VALID State Issued ID Card, issued by any US state

  • Valid USA Passport 

  • US Military Identification 

  • Valid Driver’s License or ID Card issued in Mexico or Canada 

  • Valid Foreign Passport (issued outside of USA) that has a stamp from the Citizenship and Immigration Services 

  • Inmate Identification, if signer is currently an inmate, issued by the state of Texas Department of Corrections (TDC)
